The location is really great, it is close to the amusement park and easy to find. the adjoining rooms for families with children were very convenient. the bathrooms seemed newly renovated which was nice.
The hotel was undergoing renovations and it was quite messy. the parking lot was chaotic and there was a lot of construction noise at night.

Excellent location for Carowinds visit; good price for adjoining room for two teenagers. Would be nice to have a shuttle to Carowinds.
Desk clerk initially put us in one room, when reservation was for two adjoining. Then gave us a second room, but it was down the hall. Third attempt, got us our adjoining rooms. Very pleasant person, though. Complimentary breakfast was so-so, but adequate. Pool was clean and viewable from our room (nice with teenagers). Ice machines on 3 floors, but not all were working, had to go floor to floor to find one working. One youngster forgot toothbrush, there were none available in the hotel, had to go out to store to get one. I would recommend to other travellers, with caution not to expect anything luxurious, just clean and inexpensive with good location for Carowinds.

I liked the convenience of the hotel to the theme park and eating establishments. I also liked the suite size with the full kitchen.
I reserved a 2 bedroom exectutive suite, and was given a 1 bedroom suite, and was told the description online was incorrect. The hotel hallways were extremely hot! The AC's were not up to par for a hotel. The continental breakfast was less than desireable.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and adjoining rooms available for families with children were the best aspects of our stay. The proximity to our destination made it easy to travel back and forth. It was also nice to have the option of adjoining rooms for our family group. The rooms were spotless and appeared to have been recently renovated, which was a comforting sight.
Our stay was dominated by construction noises, a cluttered breakfast area, and inadequate towels and amenities. The construction work lasted late into the night, while breakfast consisted of limited food options in an uncomfortably cramped area.

The convenient location and view from the 11th floor was outstanding.
The a/c unit was not working well in the adjoining bedroom of my suite at first. Also, the person that vacuumed the room failed to get underneath one table. If he or she missed that, what else did they miss?

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with newly renovated bathrooms that made my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, just across from Carowinds, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking and great transportation options nearby.
Nothing - everything was great!

The hotel is conveniently located across from Carowinds, making it a great choice for families with children. the rooms are basic but clean, and the bathrooms appear newly renovated. Adjoining rooms are available for larger families, providing extra space and privacy. Guests have access to a continental breakfast, with options like muffins, juice, coffee, and bagels. the location also offers easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
The current renovations taking place at the hotel may cause some inconvenience for travelers.

Staff was outstanding. Large/multi room accomadations at a reasonable price are difficult to find. You have them. Thanks!!
Continental breakfast was being taken up at 8:45 and was supposed to be open until 9am.

Only 1working elevator for an 11 story hotel, 3 not four pillows on a king bed, it looked like it was time for remodeling
